David Barnard Palestine Scholars Endowment

Funds distributed from the endowment shall be used to provide scholarship support for students enrolled in programs on the University’s Palestine Campus who have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Should future developments make this distribution impossible, the scholarship should be awarded to qualified students at the University.
