Dorothy Bradley Brown International Studies Endowment

The Dorothy Bradley Brown International Studies Endowment was established to allow students the opportunity to study abroad and to experience other cultures. Having traveled extensively throughout the world, Mrs. Brown understood firsthand how experiencing other cultures can have a life-changing impact on one’s view of the world. The purpose of the scholarship is to extend to students of UT Tyler the same opportunity that had such a meaningful influence on her own life. Recipients must have a 3.0 GPA, be in their Junior year, and submit a brief essay explaining their reasons for aspiring to study abroad.
