Owen W. Carr Memorial Fellowship

The Owen W. Carr Memorial Fellowship was established to honor the memory of, Owen W. Carr, by his wife, Shannon Carr. The Scholarship shall be used to provide fellowship support for full time, degree seeking graduate students with preference given to students preparing for careers in the field of School Psychology. Students shall be recommended to receive the fellowship by the department head responsible for the school psychology program.
