The Herbert C. Buie and Melvina Buie Presidential Scholarship for Doctoral Students in Nursing III

The Herbert C. Buie and Melvina Buie Presidential Scholarship for Doctoral Students in Nursing III shall be a permanent endowment and shall be used for the benefit of the college of Nursing and Health Sciences. Funds distributed from the endowment shall be used to provide scholarship support for one or more doctoral students with first preference being given to qualified enrollees from Tyler.
