Billie and Bill Hartley Endowed Scholarship

The Billie and Bill Hartley Endowed Scholarship shall be used for the benefit of The University of Texas at Tyler, and because of their long support of Tyler Junior College, the funds distributed from this endowment shall be granted, whenever possible, with preference to students transferring to University from Tyler Junior College.
