Judge William M. Steger Presidential Scholarship

Judge William M. Steger Presidential Scholarship was established in memory of Eastern District of Texas Federal District Judge William M. Steger and his lifetime of public service to the State of Texas and the United States of America. The Scholarships is intended to provide scholarship support for students with preference given to students preparing for careers in the field of Law.
