Michael and Elizabeth McNally Scholarship Original established purpose is scholarships for students currently enrolled in the College of Engineering. Students must be a US citizen or permanent resident. Preference shall be given to high school graduates of Smith County Texas or any of the 7 counties contiguous to Smith County Texas.
