Richard T. Cowan Endowed Presidential Scholarship

The Richard T Cowan Endowed Scholarship was established by Mr Don Cowan. Don Cowan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Susitn and then went on to acheive his MBA from Harvard University. He is a charter member of the UT Tyler President’s Associates. Mr and Mrs Don Cowan established this scholarship in honor of his father, Richard T. Cowan to provide scholarship support to University of Texas at Tyler for full-time students.
