American Association of University Women/Rosalis Montgomery Memorial Scholarship was originally established at Texas Eastern University and was formally established by the U.T. Board of Regents on September 1, 1979, when Texas Eastern University Became U.T. Tyler. the funds are to be used to assist graduate students for ONE Year and to encourage advanced education.
