• Program Enrollment: Must be a declared major in a PHLA degree-seeking program (BS in Health Sciences, MPH, or MHA).
• Enrollment Status: Must be enrolled as a full-time student at UT Tyler for the semester in which the scholarship is awarded.
• Continued Enrollment: Must be registered for the subsequent semester to receive the funds.
• Minimum GPA
◦ Undergraduate (BS): 3.0 cumulative GPA
◦ Graduate (MPH & MHA): 3.25 cumulative GPA
