The General Scholarship Application for Spring-Only scholarship consideration will open on September 15, 2025. All degree-seeking students are welcome to apply, but opportunities require full-time enrollment with a minimum 3.0 UT Tyler GPA in a non reduced-priced program. If selected, the scholarship requires a letter of appreciation submitted before the award will be posted to your student account. Letters of appreciation are required to be submitted before funds can disburse. Reduced-price and bundled tuition programs are currently not eligible for scholarship funding. Ineligible programs include: IDESIGN, BAAS, RN-BSN, ADN-BSN, GRALT (Academic Partnership). Second Baccalaureate students are not eligible for scholarship funding.

The aid year scholarship amount is awarded between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters. Letters of appreciation are required to be submitted before funds can disburse. Qualifying and applying to scholarships does not guarantee that you will be offered a scholarship. This is a competitive process, and award decisions cannot be appealed. You will receive a confirmation notice via your Patriot email account within 24 hours of submitting your application. If additional information is needed to apply you to a specific scholarship, you will be contacted via your Patriot email account to return to Blackbaud and submit additional documents. All applicants will be emailed once awarding is completed.
